- LiveScan vs Ink-Rolled: The fingerprint capture method is determined by the types of request being made and the parties or agencies involved.
- Scheduling & Capture: After coordinating an appointment time and location, our technicians capture your prints with meticulous attention to detail.
Background Check & Document Requests
We manage each step of the process as required by each country or state.
What's involved:
- Signatures & Notaries: Some authorities require additional authorizations or verifications to release process a background check request. We handle these requirements with clear steps.
- Electronic vs Physical Submission: Each agency has their own processing requirements that can vary based on location or citizenship status.
- Delivery & Shipping: Agencies that offer electronic results will be appropriately routed. Others that require physical results delivery will be shipped with full tracking.
Certify & Translate Documents
Our professional certification and translation services ensure that you have the legal documentation you need to study, travel, or do business without language becoming a barrier that holds you back.
What's involved:
- Document Authentication: Documents for use with foreign government offices typically require the signatures to be authenticated by the proper governing authority for the level of government at which the document was issued.
- Apostilles vs Certifications: Both are used in establishing document authenticity. The applicable method depends on the country and the purpose of the document.
- Official Translations: Experienced, court-authorized translators ensure your legal documents are translated and certified for submission.

1.Do you offer LiveScan fingerprinting services?
Yes, we offer LiveScan fingerprinting on Suprema RealScan-G10 fingerprint scanners. We can then use the captured fingerprints for electronic background check requests or print-to-card physical requests in a variety of formats.
2.What background checks can you obtain for me?
We currently offer FBI, US state, and Canadian RCMP background checks. You can view more details about each of these services here.
3.Can’t I get background checks and vital records myself?
It depends. In many cases, yes, you can request these records on your own. The difficulty comes in navigating the different processes, nuances, and requirements that vary from one country, state, county, and city to the next. Things like notary requirements, special certifications that must be requested for apostille eligibility, or limited payment methods like check or money orders make these processes exponentially more difficult for people outside of the country.
4.How do you protect my personal information?
Security and privacy is our topmost priority. Sensitive personal information is only captured when necessary, is stored in encrypted form, and is destroyed upon completion of services.
Additionally, only select personnel have access to sensitive personal information, and our access systems enforce highly secure passwords and multi-factor authentication.
5.Are you partnered with any government agencies?
No, because they typically don’t partner with service providers. If they partner at all, it’s typically with a few, large channeling operators, many of which only work with providers like us and do not work with individuals directly.
Instead, each agency has their own set of processes and requirements. We work directly with each agency to ensure absolute clarity in their processes to ensure the final documents received meet the requirements of your requested documents.
6.Where are you located?
Our primary operations are based in Austin, Texas. In-person fingerprinting services are fully mobile and offered in North America and Europe. Our document retrieval services are currently available for the US, UK, and Canada.
